New York based designer Nicholas Elliot debuted his Spring/Summer 2017 collection during NYFW: Men's for his line N-P-Elliott. This season marked the designers first showcasing during New York's Men's Week and it was a lesson in contrasting ideas in an array of fabrics. Velour separates, bold graphics and earth tones exuded the intended relaxed-fashion vibe of the collection. While jackets and draw-string track pants in light wool and collegiate stripes lent a slight sense of formality and tradition to the everyday functionality of the garments. The overall mood of the collection was heftier in spirit but the youthful styling and models brought a great balance to Elliot's vision.
